2148: Miolo de Camarão com Cogumelos, Cebola e Aromáticas



– 1 emb. (250 g) de miolo de camarão 80/100
– 1 colher de sopa alho picado
– sumo de ½ limão médio
– 300 g de champignons de Paris
– 2 cebolas médias
– 1 cubo de tempero alho & coentros
– azeite q.b.
– 1 kg de jardineira de legumes
– 1 medida de caldo granulado de legumes
– flor de sal e pimenta de misturas q.b.


01.- Descongele o miolo de camarão, seguindo as instruções da embalagem, tempere-o com o sumo de limão e deixe repousar durante 10 minutos. Coza a jardineira de legumes em água fervente temperada com sal e um fio de azeite, durante 8 minutos, temperando com o caldo granulado para legumes. Escorra e reserve.
02.- Corte as cebolas em rodelas muito finas. Num tacho ao lume, deite o azeite, deixe aquecer, junte o cubo tempero alho & coentros, desfaça-o na gordura quente, junte o alho e deixe alourar ligeiramente.
03.- Adicione ao tacho a cebola e deixe amolecer durante 5 minutos em lume médio. Junte à cebola o miolo de camarão escorrido e os cogumelos, tempere com uma pitada de flor de sal e pimenta de misturas moída na hora e envolva tudo muito bem. Aumente o lume para forte e deixe cozinhar durante 3 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.
04.- Terminado o tempo, adicione ao tacho os legumes escorridos, envolva delicadamente e deixe tomar sabor durante mais 3 minutos em lume brando, mexendo de vez em quando. Retire do tacho para uma travessa e sirva de imediato.

      Thank you for your compliment. I use the platform wordpress.org with own hosting, the theme was bought in Zeaks Themes and the theme name is Bootville. Then I changed with the editor what interested me.
