28: Bifanas de Cebolada e Cerveja

– Hoje, a receita que trago a este Blogue, são de umas simples Bifanas de Porco de Cebolada e Cerveja que, segundo está mencionado no site da Teleculinária, faz parte das receitas fáceis para Totós. Leram bem e se seguirem o link abaixo, verão que é verdade (estive agora a rever e parece que já retiraram esta parte, mas o que eu escrevi é verdade, podem crer!). Gostaria também que a Teleculinária publicasse umas receitas para quem não é Totó. Não que me considere um Chef porque não tenho estatuto para isso, mas também estou muito longe de ser Totó. Contudo, tenho de concordar que existem Totós que se julgam Chef’s e Chef’s que são uns verdadeiros Totós…
Ingredientes:
– 600 g de bifanas de porco
– 200 g de cebola em rodelas
– 1 colher de sopa de alho picado
– 200 ml de passata de tomate com manjericão e orégãos
– 1 cerveja (33 cl) Coruja (₁)
– 0,5 dl de azeite
– 1 cubo de caldo culinário
– 1 folha de louro
– paprica q.b.
– alho moído q.b.
– sal e piripiri q.b
(₁) American Amber Lager
Cerveja produzida a partir de: Água de Leça do Balio; Maltes de cevada do tipo Pilsener, Carared e Chocolate, Vienna; Lúpulos Cascade, Ekuanot, Ella; Levedura Lager. (Tem direito a PUB porque me foi oferecida para provar.)
Preparação:
01.- Arranje as bifanas de porco e tempere-as com a paprica, a folha de louro, o alho moído, a cerveja, sal e piripiri. Envolva e deixe marinar durante 20 minutos (ou mais).
02.- Leve ao lume um tacho com o azeite, deixe aquecer, junte a cebola e o alho e deixe refogar até a cebola ficar macia.
03.- Adicione ao tacho as bifanas com a marinada, a passata de tomate e o caldo de carne, rectifique os temperos, tape e deixe cozinhar durante 20 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.
04.- Retire o tacho do lume e sirva decorado a gosto. Pode acompanhar com uma guarnição de batatas Salardaise (²).
(²) As Batatas (Pommes) Salardaise são pré-fritas com gordura de pato (menos colesterol que manteiga), ervas aromáticas, deliciosas, à venda num determinado hipermercado, que necessitam de terminar a fritura no micro-ondas por cerca de 8 minutos~900W.

Don’t have a problem asking … When we start and we don’t have knowledge, we have to ask who can help us. My platform has been wordpress.org for years. But it needs to have its own domain and hosting. The other wordpress.com platform doesn’t need a domain or hosting, but it has less tools, less space (I think it’s 3 GB). The themes, in any of them, are part of their library.
